This boiler Is a combi boiler that can be around 20 years old. But this is still one of the best old Baxi combi boilers out there and although it is not condensing it is still easily fixed by our engineers. We still carry around 90% of the parts for this Boiler and can assure you it can still be fixed at a reasonable price so don't feel pressured by anyone to swap this boiler. Another version of this boiler is the Potterton Performa which is mainly the same inside.

The Potterton Promax range has been out nearly 15 years now and stopped around 5 years ago, And this version in Manchester usually had a 2 years warranty which will have long gone.
